Our Team has 18 professionals in three locations world wide, each of which is speciliazed in different aspect of IT security Art. Two figures are leaders of the professional services and consulting in ToBe Security: Founder Mr. Avi Reuven
Mr. Avi Reuven (54) is President and CEO of ToBe Security Inc, headquartered in Jerusalem, Israel. Reuven established ToBe Security in 1985 and, since its inception, has led the organization to be one of the fastest growing and most respected information security firms in Israel. In 2002, Reuven positioned ToBe Security to obtain $3 million in private equity investments, helping to perpetuate his vision of continued growth and stability. Today, Mr. Reuven continues to show his strengths as both a leader and strategist, by leading the company through a successful growth by establishing branches in Taiwan and Argentina. Reuven has a degree in Electronics from Haifa university, served in the Israel Defence Force (IDF) for 12 years he obtaines the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and is certified in many areas of technological and business expertise. He actively serves on the advisory boards for numerous national and global technology companies. Avi Reuven is a serial entrepreneur, involved in many business endeavors. One of the biggest and intersting clients of his company is the IDF army and few of the defence organizations in Israel. Mr. Reuven leads a strong social responsibility by keeping the organization involved with many charitable and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Baby holds the following certifications: Check Point Certified Administrator (CCSA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), Sun Certified System administrator (SCSA) and ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Mr. Baby is well versed in many security technologies including: IDS/IPS,Firewalls, Application Security, Buffer Overflows, Microsoft Security, Linux Security, IDS evation Attacks, Assessment Services and Penetration Tests.
